LUCEM is an office project in Jalisco designed for the chemical industry. It is the result of the deconstruction of a prism that seeks to capture natural light in all its spaces. Its industrial aesthetic blends black, white, and grayscale, with seamless finishes between floors and walls. The design prioritizes climate comfort with spacious proportions and generous height that allows for the flow of air and light.
